Problem
The client requested a platform to track their mobile purchasing units to ensure efficiency and minimize driver downtime.

Challenge
Drivers were often misreporting their locations and jobs completed resulting in a lot of friction between the client’s operations and ground ops teams.

Solution
We built a real time geo fence creation interface for the client through which they could add fences daily to verify that their drivers were reaching customers on time. The platform only allowed drivers to log their visit when they were within the bounds of the customer fence.

Outcome
The client was successfully able to manage and track drivers and have a measurable way to assess driver performance.
